By accessing or using Ticket Alerts (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


What Ticket Alerts Is

Ticket Alerts is a web-based monitoring and notification service for HYROX ticket availability.

It allows users to:

  • Select a HYROX event and specific ticket category (division, day/session)
  • Receive email notifications when tickets go on sale
  • Receive email notifications when tickets become available again

Ticket Alerts monitors publicly available ticket status information and sends alerts when changes are detected.

Ticket Alerts does not sell tickets.

Ticket Alerts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HYROX.


Accounts

To use Ticket Alerts, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Attempt to misuse the platform
  • Interfere with system integrity
  • Abuse monitoring or notification systems

Pricing & Payments

Ticket Alerts offers:

  • Free on-sale alerts
  • Paid subscription plans for availability monitoring

Payment Model:

  • Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
  • You may cancel at any time
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Missed ticket purchases
  • Event cancellations outside our control
  • Delays in notification
  • Third-party ticketing errors

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of genuine service failure.


Ticket Information & Third Parties

Ticket Alerts monitors publicly available information provided by event organizers and their ticketing platforms.

We do not control those systems.

We do not guarantee:

  • Ticket availability
  • Successful purchase
  • Accuracy or completeness of ticket information
  • Immediate detection of ticket status changes
  • Instant email delivery

Ticket availability can change rapidly and without notice.

All ticket purchases occur on third-party platforms under their own terms and conditions.


Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Interfere with monitoring systems
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the service
  • Resell or redistribute alerts without permission
  • Use the service for unlawful activity

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these conditions.


Intellectual Property

All Ticket Alerts content, design, and functionality are the property of Couch Media Pty Ltd.

You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.


Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable monitoring, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Ticket Alerts may:

  • Perform maintenance
  • Update monitoring frequency
  • Modify alert logic
  • Add or remove features

without prior notice.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Couch Media Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • Missed ticket opportunities
  • Lost revenue
  • Travel costs
  • Third-party ticketing failures
  • Delays in notification
  • Inaccurate or outdated ticket information

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant subscription period.

If you are using the free version, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Ticket Alerts constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
