RoxRadar Ticket Alerts help HYROX athletes stay informed when race tickets go on sale or become available again after selling out.
Free alerts help you track upcoming public ticket sales. Paid plans allow you to monitor sold-out race categories and receive an email alert if availability appears again.
No. RoxRadar is not officially connected to HYROX and is not the official HYROX ticketing provider.
RoxRadar does not sell tickets, manage ticket orders, process refunds, change race entries, transfer tickets, or provide official HYROX customer support.
If your question is about a ticket you have already bought, your booking, your entry, a refund, a transfer, your payment, or your race registration, please contact HYROX or the official ticketing provider directly.
No. RoxRadar does not sell HYROX tickets.
When an alert is sent, RoxRadar directs you to the relevant official ticketing page. Any ticket purchase is completed through HYROX or its official ticketing partner, not through RoxRadar.
You can track standard HYROX race tickets and spectator tickets.
This includes categories such as HYROX Men, HYROX Women, HYROX Pro, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Relay, and spectator tickets.
RoxRadar does not currently track HYROX Youngstars tickets.
“Your Races” is not a Ticket Alert. It is your personal list of HYROX races you are attending or planning to attend.
It works like a simple race calendar inside your RoxRadar account, helping you keep your upcoming HYROX events in one place.
From “Your Races,” you can quickly access useful planning links such as RoxRadar Event Info and RoxRadar Hotels for each race.
Alerts and Notifications
Ticket Alerts are currently sent by email.
RoxRadar is working on priority WhatsApp alerts for selected paid plans, but email remains the core alert channel at this stage.
RoxRadar is not responsible for missed emails caused by spam filters, inbox settings, incorrect email addresses, unsubscribes, or email provider delays.
When you create an alert, RoxRadar monitors the selected event or race category.
For public sale alerts, RoxRadar sends email reminders based on the listed public on-sale time.
For sold-out tracking, RoxRadar monitors unavailable race categories and sends an email if ticket availability appears again.
Ticket availability can disappear quickly.
Sometimes only a small number of tickets return. Other athletes may receive alerts and act at the same time.
RoxRadar can help you detect availability, but it cannot reserve tickets, hold tickets, or control how long tickets remain available.
RoxRadar is working on priority WhatsApp alerts for selected paid plans.
Email remains the main alert channel for now. WhatsApp alerts are intended to provide an additional mobile notification option where supported.
Availability may depend on country, user preferences, and WhatsApp setup requirements.
Ticket sale times should be shown with a clear time zone wherever possible.
For example, a ticket sale may be listed as 12:00 PM CEST, 6:00 PM SGT, or 12:00 PM PDT depending on the event location.
Always check the listed time zone carefully and convert it to your own local time if needed.
Free vs Paid Plans
Yes. Free Ticket Alerts cover first public on-sale notifications for HYROX events.
This helps you know when tickets are going on sale so you can be ready when the ticket window opens.
Paid plans are designed for sold-out race tracking.
If a race category is unavailable, RoxRadar can monitor it and send you an email alert if availability appears again.
Paid plans are useful if you missed the original ticket sale, are trying to get into a sold-out category, or want to track multiple race options.
Higher paid plans let you track more sold-out ticket categories at the same time.
This can be useful if you are open to multiple divisions, racing with a partner, tracking backup options, or following more than one HYROX event.
Selected higher-tier plans may also include priority WhatsApp alerts as they become available.
Yes. You can switch your active trackers to another race or ticket category anytime while your subscription is active.
If you get a ticket, change plans, or want to follow another HYROX event, you can update your trackers from your dashboard instead of starting again.
Public sale alerts notify you about upcoming official public on-sale times so you can be ready before tickets open.
Sold-out trackers monitor race categories after they have sold out or become unavailable. If availability appears again, RoxRadar sends an email alert.
Paid Ticket Alerts are available in different plans depending on how many sold-out race categories you want to track.

Yes. Annual plans are available for athletes who want Ticket Alerts active across the year.
Annual billing gives you 12 months of access for the price of 10 months.
This can be useful if you follow multiple HYROX events, plan ahead for future races, or want to keep trackers available throughout the season.
Yes. Paid plans are flexible and can be cancelled through your account billing portal.
If you get a ticket or your plans change, you can also switch your active trackers to another race or ticket category while your subscription is active.
Cancel when you no longer need sold-out ticket tracking.
Availability and Guarantees
No. RoxRadar does not guarantee ticket availability or ticket purchase success.
Ticket Alerts are designed to help you act faster when availability appears, but tickets are sold through HYROX or its official ticketing partners.
No alert system can guarantee that every ticket change will be detected or that availability will still be there when you click.
Not always.
Tickets can sometimes become available again because of Flex returns, added waves, category changes, schedule adjustments, or other extra availability released by the organiser.
There are no guarantees, but sold out does not always mean the opportunity is over.
No. RoxRadar cannot hold, reserve, purchase, transfer, refund, verify, cancel, or guarantee tickets.
When an alert is sent, you need to visit the official ticketing page and complete the purchase yourself.

No. RoxRadar cannot help with official HYROX ticket issues.
